meet your designer — katya tauanuu
Born and raised in Bangkok Thailand, 27 year old Filipina entrepreneur and creative artist started her venture in 2020 providing Interior Design services in the state of California. Working out of Fairfield, she thrives to use design for families to create unforgettable, picture-perfect memories within their homes. She curates a wealth of experiences for both residential and commercial spaces in hopes of improving our daily living within our homes and within our busy lives outside of it. Using her experience with different Southeast Asian cultures and architecture, along with her knowledge of color theory and decor mastery, Katya brings an intuitive juxtaposition of contemporary vintage with architectural and organic styling expressions. Very often she enjoys expanding outside of her own design style for the vision and goals of our clients, as well as working hands-on for necessary DIY projects when sticking within a budget, painting walls - creating murals and installing furniture on her own to bring her spaces to life. Katya chooses to pour her love and passion into her projects and strives to storytell her clients’ livelihood. She believes strongly in allowing our spaces to evoke positive emotions within us, thus resulting in the accessibility for our minds, bodies, and souls to have the space to evolve and prosper efficiently.
